Terms of Service

These terms govern Curiowatt and its internal publishing tool, Curiowatt Publisher ("we", "our"). Curiowatt Publisher is a first-party application operated solely by Curiowatt to upload Curiowatt's own videos to Curiowatt's own YouTube channel. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to any third party. By operating the tool you agree to these terms.

Use of YouTube API Services

Curiowatt Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Operation of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and information handled through Google APIs is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, those terms control with respect to use of the API.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The videos and written materials we publish are our own work. Nothing in these terms grants any license to our content except as needed for the YouTube platform to host and display it.

Disclaimer

The tool is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
